Never upload customer documents or excerpts to external AI, writing, grammar, translation, or analysis services unless cIAo has explicitly approved a contractually controlled tool and workflow.

Complete the work personally and keep all communication inside cIAo.

Preserve the writer’s intended meaning, follow instructions, and escalate conflicts, specialist needs, or concerning content.

Remove temporary local copies after submission or immediately when access is revoked, and confirm completion manually.
