ciao_analytics_consent is a first-party preference cookie set only after you choose. It stores the choice together with the banner, Cookie Policy, and analytics-configuration versions for up to one year. It is not an advertising identifier.

When you sign in, the account service uses first-party session cookies to keep you authenticated and protect requests. They are necessary for the signed-in service and are not used for advertising.

PostHog product analytics initializes only after an affirmative choice and only when it is configured. Automatic capture, page-view capture, session replay, persistent browser profiles, and document-content capture are disabled.

Essential only is presented alongside Allow analytics. Cookie choices remains available in the footer. Withdrawing deletes the preference, opts the browser out of future capture, and asks for a fresh choice without reactivating analytics after reload.
