This page summarizes how responsibilities are divided when organizations use cIAo. Paid document processing is not currently offered through the public website.
Role separation
01Customers do not see editor private details. Editors receive only the order context needed for accepted work. Reviewers and administrators use assigned, authenticated routes.
Service providers
02Account, hosting, email, security, and optional analytics provider categories receive only the information needed for the enabled function. Optional external document analysis is not currently used for live customer documents.
Retention and requests
03Files and records follow the periods or criteria in the Privacy Policy. Individuals can use the Privacy requests page to exercise their rights.
